When a trip changes, the biggest questions are usually simple to ask and hard to answer: what changed, who changed it, when did it change, and what pay protection follows?
Write the timeline
A reassignment question should include the original trip, the changed trip, report time, notification time, cancellation or delay details, and whether you had already reported or originated the sequence.
Do not skip the comparison
