SkyGuide is intended for use by airline professionals, including flight attendants and pilots. By using our Service, you represent that:

• You are legally able to enter into a binding agreement;
• You are accessing the Service for personal or professional informational purposes only.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information;
• Keep your login credentials confidential;
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You may not share your account with others. Only one active session per account is permitted.

SkyGuide offers free trials and paid subscriptions. By subscribing:

• You agree to pay applicable fees based on your selected plan;
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the billing cycle;
• Annual plans are non-refundable after the initial trial period unless required by law.

SkyGuide provides insights based on uploaded or assigned union contracts. You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose;
• Reverse engineer, copy, or distribute any part of the Service;
• Misrepresent your identity or role within an airline.

SkyGuide is not a union, legal, or HR authority. While we strive for accuracy, the information provided by the assistant is not guaranteed to be complete or legally binding. Always consult your union representative or the official contract for final interpretation.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms;
• We detect unauthorized access or account sharing;
• We discontinue the Service.

All content, software, logos, and branding are owned by SkyGuide, LLC. You may not copy, modify, or reuse any part without our written permission.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We value your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We'll notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notice.
